pie republic'S STORY
Born and raised in the East End of London, we were always going to be fans of a good pie and mash. Our take on the comfort food classic incorporates flavours that reflect the community we are surrounded by and the countries that Britain imported from during the Empire.
We embarked on our journey at the end if 2014, once we secured the premises, the search for chefs that shared the same passion and drive began. At the same time we started work on the shop fit out and began creating the stripped back, rustic yet comfortable dining environment that we wanted to acheive.
